What you’ll do:

  • Be an expert and point of escalation for campaign management on the Nativo platform as well DSP partners
  • Work with the Account Management team to optimize campaigns ensuring performance and delivery goals are met. Also demonstrate an ability to improve the output of the team on these initiatives.
  • Ideate campaign strategy for key accounts to facilitate increased investment in Nativo’s offering by tying our offering to client KPIs.
  • Have a deep understanding of integrations with 3rd party vendors and the implications of campaign success related to internal and external measurement.
  • Lead projects with product and engineering teams to refine the tools and tactics the Ad Ops team uses to make campaigns successful.
  • Be a leader on the Ad Ops team in developing strategies to align our campaign execution with advertiser success objectives.
  •  Own cadence with Account Management and Sales Planning team to ensure proper expectations are set and executed on to ensure account growth and retention.
  • Own cadences with internal stakeholders, identify changes to business needs and opportunities that drive more investment in Nativo from advertisers.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of programmatic buying or high-level campaign management experience across multiple publications and adept with all layers of targeting—audience, contextual, etc.
  • Knowledge of the programmatic landscape and challenges in the marketplace for content marketing in relation to other channels.
  • Proven track record of owning and seeing projects through deployment and ongoing improvements with respect to account growth and development.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent time management skills and self-motivation
  • Strong ability to efficiently manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial startup environment
  • Prior experience overseeing a team of campaign managers or traders strongly preferred.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns in multiple DSP and/or publisher campaign management environments.
  • Knowledge of common advertiser needs in the mid to upper funnel segment with a proven track record of making optimizations that translate to account growth and retention.
