The position of Senior Account Manager requires:
(1) Overseeing sales and customized delivery processes to manage sales processes and recurring business for IT solutions clients;
(2) Serving as the primary sales contact for IT solutions clients with responsibility for ensuring client satisfaction and delivery;
(3) Conducting business development activities, including negotiating and closing business relationships with new IT solutions clients and growing and retaining existing accounts; and
(4) Customized Delivery Processes (CDPs), Global Delivery Framework (GDF), and Software delivery within the SAP landscape. The employer deems that any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
