Senior Account Executive
Remote (NYC, Boston, Chicago, Dallas or San Francisco preferred, Atlanta strongly desired)

We are seeking a self-starter with a ‘hunter’ attitude to establish new account relationships for our rapidly growing Salesforce Consulting business. We focus on mid-market (and above) customers and cover all aspects of Salesforce product implementation. Candidates will be rewarded with aggressive, and competitive, compensation as well as growth opportunities within the company. Our ideal candidate will be a hunter and hustler, who has consistently been in the top 10% of the sales teams she/he has worked within, a track record of growing sales and polished communication skills.
Xede Consulting Group provides implementation services for Salesforce with a focus on the financial services vertical. Our team is built based from a combination of 20 years in key application and Salesforce development on highly complex and technical projects as well as the infusion of vertical experience from clients, other consulting roles and directly from Salesforce. As our firm is experiencing rapid growth and success, we are looking for Senior Account Executives to help take us to the next level.

An ability to deliver against a quota while working autonomously
A strong presence while dealing with C-level executives
An ability to create and cultivate relationships with Salesforce AEs as well as clients
A personality that is confident but humble
A desire to build something from scratch
An entrepreneurial attitude and appetite for dealing with the changes of a startup environment within an established company
A focus on customer success
Experience with Financial services and a firm understanding of banks, insurance, and/or capital markets
A strong understanding of Agile methodology and the ability to communicate the benefits of this approach for SaaS implementations
Education and Experience
5+ years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem; professional services or Salesforce AE experience preferred
Prior experience in a Sales/Business Development role
Customer visits in-market
Occasional travel to Headquarters in Troy, Michigan and relevant Salesforce marketing events
