Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive in Wilton!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding of client's business and industry competitors
  • Collaborates internally with strategy and creative teams, from client briefing through creative execution
  • Collaborates with agency partners, and supports the creative process through effective communication/direction - you will be participating in inter-agency teams, sometimes as the lead
  • Thorough understanding of client needs, creative timelines, and the ability to move the process along with positivity and enthusiasm
  • Supports the agency POV in client communications, builds strong relationships with clients/partners and brings innovative thinking to the business
  • Master of project execution - can manage multiple projects and clients at once while maintaining budget, project details, new developments, etc.
  • Demonstrates responsibilty and accountability
  • Manages an Account Executive

Qualifications

Candidates that are a perfect fit for this team will possess stellar organizational skills, approach projects and assignments proactively, and will be a written/verbal communication rockstar. This individual must be comfortable leading clients and internal teams seamlessly from creative briefing through execution.

Minimum 5 years agency experience, including at least 1 year in shopper marketing.

Experience working with Wal-Mart and Target and other retailers is a plus.
