Senior Account Executive is primarily responsible for driving sales with new Enterprise level customers for the Live Chat portfolio of products. As a sales professional, the Senior Account Executive is required to have a demonstrated track record of success in a hunter role and an ability to manage the complete sales cycle. The Senior Account Executive will be reporting to the VP of Sales.

8+ years selling SaaS technology solutions to enterprise accounts in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
Demonstrated track record of closing a combination of high value technology solution deals and smaller license deals in large enterprises
Proven track record of solution-selling, account-planning, proposal creation and closing skills
Demonstrated success creating winning RFP responses
Excellent online and in-person presentation and negotiation skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, ability to work in a self-directed fast-paced and team-oriented environment
High proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) and online presentation tools
Positive and fun attitude
