Maxim is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join an elite sales organization that strives to deliver innovative solutions that add value to Maxim’s automotive customers. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will work to develop a winning strategy to grow design wins, customer relationships, revenue growth, and Maxim's overall position in the automotive semiconductor market. This position will have high visibility within all departments of Maxim and requires account ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Aggressively pursue new contacts, relationships and opportunities at your assigned accounts
Establish a complete understanding of the customers’ current and future products
Accurately communicate customer needs and required actions within Maxim. Drive the customer requirements internally and manage all levels of follow-up and support
Develop influential relationships at every level within the assigned accounts that enable early access to projects, competitive intelligence and design requirements to maximize opportunity potential
Drive engagements between Maxim and customer executives
Demonstrate annual design win growth by identifying, cultivating and closing opportunities at the customer
Understand long-term potential of customer base and manage Maxim resources. Prioritize resources to maximize ROI on design wins
Exhibit creativity by continually looking for improvements that can be made within Maxim to better support our customers and grow revenue
BA/BS in engineering, Master’s degree in engineering or business a plus.
5+ years of outside sales experience in automotive electronics with consistent track record of results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills .
