Summary: Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing monthly and quarterly reporting, strategic analysis, compliance and legislative guidance, contract and performance standards review, HR procedures assistance. Manages a team of specialists according to NFP business processes incorporating all employee benefits product lines. Coordinate all service and analysis activities performed within the team to include Account Manager, Analyst, Communications, Medical Management and Wellness. Complete accountability for all deliverables pertaining to the servicing and consulting of clients to include open enrollment activities, maintenance of outstanding checklists, financials, marketing, data maintenance, reporting and analysis implementation support.
