Position Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, high performing salesperson with 3+ years of experience selling technology products and/or services over the phone and via web-based presentations. The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting and high activity metrics. They also have experience navigating through complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers in the C-Suite.

Your day-to-day: (aka, on the reg)

  • Research, identify, and tenaciously generate new opportunities on a weekly basis via the phone and web
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline
  • Strategically attack a regional territory to close new business and grow existing accounts
  • Sell our solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling
  • Skillfully deliver web based presentations using inside sales best practices
  • Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex orgs
  • Consistently exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so (read: baller status)
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of B2B inside new business sales or relevant experience selling over the phone/web
  • Strong track record of achievement preferably selling B2B digital media or SaaS
  • Has strong skills in Solution Selling
  • Previously trained in consultative / value based selling
  • Technically savvy and specifically skilled in SFDC, Outreach and CPQ
  • Ability to work with SDR to generate meetings as well as driving top of funnel activity from outbound activity
  • 4 year degree from a great college or university
