Our client is a 25 year old Global provider of Legal Support Services and Technology. A leader in eDiscovery & Early Data Assessments, Managed Review, Depositions & Trial Services, Language Services and Forensics

We are looking for a seasoned and well accomplished sales professional who has sold directly to the law firms and the legal vertical who is seeking an income potential with uncapped commission, stability in a company, career growth and strong benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
  • Demonstrate proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual and team performance based metrics
  • Keep contact, maintain visibility and manage relationships that encourage greater business growth
  • Manage and lead regional business development activities to drive new revenue
  • Create effective approaches to closing new business
  • Understand the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of Client's Services and Solutions
  • Promote and educate clients regarding our Services and Solutions
  • Appropriately manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team
  • Manage and control pricing and contractual issues

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • Experience selling to the legal industry.
  • Between 2-4 years of sales experience
  • Proven sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closing
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management skills

Salary

$100K - $130K
