About the job

Dude Solutions is currently searching an Senior Account Executive to join the Hospital Team within our Healthcare Vertical!

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from prospect to close. We are looking for candidates who can drive the volume of activity required to generate and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline, and who possess the consultative approach to prospective clients that starts with understanding their challenges and opportunities and then aligns our capabilities to meet those needs. What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and manage a plan for your territory
  • Work as an individual contributor with the benefit of a close knit, collaborative team
  • Work opportunities from prospect to close
  • Make 30-40 calls per day with 70+% being Cold Calls
  • Qualify new clients through cold calling, emailing, and inbound leads
  • Align our capabilities to the uncovered needs of prospects
  • Demonstrate the Dude Solutions software to prospective clients through online demos in collaboration with our Solutions Consultant
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Manage sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM

What you need

Required:

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience
  • Ability to manage full sales life cycle from prospect to close
  • Successful track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Background in solution selling
  • Creative, strong work ethic, and innovative personality
  • Ability to learn from others and embrace feedback
  • Ability to work on a team and have a passion for helping others
  • Possess a hunter mentality

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Management, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a fast paced, solution selling environment
  • Proven track record of closing complex sales deals
