Senior Account Executive - Commercial Lines needed. Key responsibilities include communicating corporate initiatives, creating and maintaining processes, ensuring compliance of processes and procedures, identifying training needs of each associate and interfacing with Sales Associates. Work closely with President on the marketing and servicing of his book of business. Identification of training needs and ensuring that all Account Manager personnel are well versed in all processes. Work with the Production Team on marketing new and renewal business. Assist with elevated client issues/concerns. Interface with carriers to manage corporate relationship and obtain appointments as needed. Perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.

Proficient in the use of office databases and presentation software (AMS360, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc). Minimum of 10 years of experience with a broker providing account management services and support to clients. Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of Account Executives/Account Managers. Bachelor’s degree or education and experience equivalency.
