Position Summary
We are currently seeking multiple dynamic and aggressive Senior Account Executives with a desire for success as part of our growth strategy. This is a “Hunter” position. These positions are responsible for achieving individual IT sales goals in all business verticals. The successful candidates will have the experience and a proven track records of individual IT technology, solutions, and service sales. Each candidate will be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding individual performance objectives as established by sales management. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
Responsibilities
Ù Ensure that the he/she meets and/or exceeds individual IT solutions and services sales goals
Ù Work with the sales management team to institute processes and procedures that drive individual sales
Ù Experience with executive and solution selling techniques
Ù Experience in selling annuity-based support and managed services solutions
Ù Experience in hardware and software sales that add business value
Ù Accurately forecast revenue stream in accordance with your annual quota
Ù Demonstrate strong people and business leadership skills
Minimum Qualifications
Ù 4-yr bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in directly related field of consultative IT sales experience
Ù Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence skills
Ù Proven ability to hunt, develop and manage mid to enterprise clients
Ù Successful track record in developing new business opportunities
Ù Strong customer facing and presentation skills
Ù Outstanding skills in sales leadership, strategic planning and personnel management
Ù Highly competitive and self-motivated with the ability to deliver results quickly
