Lead and supervise team members on a 12 hour shift, 3-on-3-off schedule in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
*** Follow agreed business processes and company standards for supervising, training, certifying, rewarding, motivating and continuously improving performance of the shift.
*** Develop and mentor direct labor to operate autonomously and effectively using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
***Support and maintain a safe working environment by teaching and monitoring use of established company safety programs on the manufacturing floor.
*** Certify and partner with Emergency Response Team members on shift.
*** Communicate financial and operational goals to employees on shift and lead them to meet those goals.
*** Identify and communicate opportunities to optimize business processes and automation for lower cost and higher productivity.
*** Drive 5S, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement within the factory.
*** Establish resource priorities for repair and timely completion of preventative maintenance tasks.
