Formulate and execute integrated, strategically-focused marketing plans that drive demand in order to achieve revenue targets and market segment penetration goals within prospective and current enterprise accounts, that are in alignment with the corporate brand strategy.
Collaborate with Industry Principals for defined vertical markets and other key stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
Build, support and deliver the integrated go-to-market plan for defined vertical markets.
Work closely with Enterprise sales team on ideas and strategy to penetrate targeted accounts using account-based marketing techniques.
Manage kick-off of campaigns, set timelines and expectations for completion of tactics, provide regular updates to leadership, track results and ROI.
Coordinate digital marketing, direct mail, and other tactics to drive engagement with specific executives within targeted accounts.
Develop value-based messaging, assets and tools that will engage target audiences and assist pre-sales team in securing introductory meetings with decision makers within identified accounts.
Coordinate with broader marketing teams to create industry and/or account specific experiences (virtual and face-to-face).
Build strong working relationships and establish credibility with sales team and broader marketing organization.
Responsible for supporting sales pipeline revenue targets as well as managing marketing plan and budget for assigned segment.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience managing multi-channel, B2B marketing programs targeting enterprise level accounts. Must have hands-on experience building integrated marketing plans and managing marketing campaigns and tactics to completion
Experience in Healthcare or Public Sector industry strongly preferred
Prior big company experience working within the SaaS industry highly preferred
Previous experience collaborating with highly driven sales teams as demonstrated through a solid understanding of sales cycles and sales tool development.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com, as well as Marketo or other marketing automation tools
Solid experience working in close collaboration with sales and Industry Principals
Experience in account-based and executive-level targeting tactics
Strong project management, analytical and collaborative skills
A self-starter that can work within a matrixed marketing environment
Creative thinker that can adapt to new marketing strategies and tactics
Superior verbal and written communication skills, and must have superb presentation skills
