We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer:
- Lead and Innovate: Take the lead on multiple projects, working closely with a small team of engineers to build and scale cutting-edge AI-driven customer experience solutions.
- Product Development: Take ownership of problems, devise solutions, and build robust systems for ticketing automation and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Collaborate: Partner with the leadership team to align engineering efforts with product goals, driving the development of our co-pilot auto-pilot system.
- End-to-End Development: Oversee the development of both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
- Mentor and Guide: Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What you'll need:
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in parallelism, asynchrony, and typing. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS.
- AI and ML Skills: Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI deployment.
- Web Technologies: Experience with web technologies such as React, TypeScript, HTTP, and Websockets is a plus.
- Innovative Mindset: Passion for building AI-driven solutions that disrupt traditional customer experience models.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading teams, driving projects from concept to completion, and mentoring junior engineers.
