Job Description:

A Vice President within Teneo Risk Advisory is a results-oriented, client-facing member of our team with proven experience in leading and managing large, multidisciplinary projects, assessing information from a wide range of sources to evaluate security threats to businesses and leveraging that information to develop actionable recommendations. This role is responsible for assisting with the definition and execution of strategic programs and initiatives in support of Teneo Risk clients; producing assessments and other key content and deliverables for client engagements; and working across the firm to serve clients with the highest levels of trust, professionalism and integrity. Projects may include but are not limited to helping clients define and develop a security strategy; conducting security assessments; and developing and drafting physical and cyber security policies and procedures. Vice Presidents will work closely with Senior Vice President and Managing Director Account Leaders to manage client engagements and deliver best-in-class service that anticipates client issues and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate business strategy briefings, support our client engagements through developing plans, business case documents and proposals to develop and design security programs, conduct threat/vulnerability/risk assessments, develop policies and procedures or provide bespoke advisory
• Manage workstreams and projects including definition of timelines, deliverables, creation of progress reports across the account team and client points of contact
• Interact directly with clients to facilitate workstream activity, create project deliverables and ensure team is able to meet critical deadlines
• Collaborate and interact within the team and across internal divisions to define and deliver the most valuable and meaningful solution for the client
• Serve as a workstream lead or project manager across multiple client efforts simultaneously while ensuring high quality outputs across all engagements
• Flexible to travel as needed (both scheduled as well as unplanned escalations)
• Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be an articulate and persuasive leader who can serve as an effective member of the Teneo Risk team and who is able to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of constituents
• Strong project management skills with the ability to establish priorities, produce high quality deliverables, and manage expectations across multiple clients
• Deep comprehension of working collaboratively across multiple constituents, lines of business and functions
• Analytical thinker with the ability to grasp complex subject matter quickly with challenging assumptions
• Ability to multi-task while keeping keen attention to detail
• Excellent written, analytical, and organization skills required
• Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality of sensitive information
• Strong background and experience in consulting or project management; law enforcement; federal or local security and geopolitical intelligence; and / or corporate security
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University
• Certification/Training in Industrial Security desirable. ASIS CPP preferred.
• Active memberships in security organizations and intelligence working groups nationally and internationally desirable.
