Job description

We're looking for an experienced security engineer to join our team of cyber defenders and assailants. The ideal candidate has experience with secure architecture and frameworks. This is a talented individual able to provide subject matter expertise throughout the development and project lifecycle. In this role, the primary responsibilities include:

  • Designing and architecting secure applications, systems, and networks in line with industry best practices, company policy, and compliance frameworks
  • Evaluating and assessing the security of components within our global connectivity platforms
  • Working with security tools to automate manual assessment processes
  • Quickly and effectively assessing risk, while balancing business needs, legacy systems, and customer experience with security

What you have:

  • A B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Strong background in Information Security concepts
  • Experience with securityarchitecture and frameworks, secure application development, and secure networks
  • Ability to understand the risklandscape, prioritize mitigations, and work with customers to accept residual risk
  • An innate ability to threat model applications, systems, and networks
  • Practical experience with vulnerability management programs
  • Practical experience with static and dynamic security tools
  • Skilled at working with public and private cloud infrastructures and on premise environments
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI, ISO, and NIST
  • Familiarity with industry leading dynamic application and network testing tools
  • US citizenship required
