East Tennessee company seeking an SEC Reporting Manager.
The SEC Reporting Manager is responsible for preparing, reviewing and submitting the company's SEC filings as well as ensuring disclosures in the company's quarterly and annual reports filed with the SEC are complete, accurate and timely.
Duties include assisting with all required SEC reports, ensuring financial reporting compliance, monitoring and improving formal processes to ensure the evidential documentation is maintained to support all disclosures in the company's SEC filings and will also assist in technical accounting resource including preparation of white papers.
The SEC Reporting Manager will support the Corporate Controller on various other duties and special projects as needed.
Minimum requirements included a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, experience at a heavy Senior or Manager level, and will be a CPA.
