SEC Financial Reporting, Sr. Manager/Director at PFSweb in Allen, TX

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and review the Company’s external SEC filings, including, but not limited to, Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K and the annual proxy statement.
• Perform technical research to ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP and summarize findings as needed.
• Assistance in preparation and review of quarterly shareholder conference call scripts and financial earnings press releases.
• Accountable for identifying and communicating risks and issues impacting financial area of responsibility.
• Equity accounting
• Assist in the facilitation and management of the annual audit and quarterly financial reviews.
• Responsible for driving department goals and vision within the team.
• Assist in annual testing of SOX controls
• Supervise a senior accountant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with 7+ years of experience of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience leading/managing a financial team
• Big 4 Accounting experience strongly preferred
• CPA Preferred
• Experience preparing, managing and reviewing SEC filings
• Thorough knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP accounting
• Foreign currency experience
• Experience in designing and testing SOX controls
• Experience with Workiva, EquityEdge, LeaseQuery and JDEdwards, preferred
