Our client, a corporate law firm based in Washington, DC, is seeking an entrepreneurial, business-minded attorney with experience working on Securities Law matters including securities offerings under Reg A+ and Reg D. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years at a mid to large law firm, government agency, or corporate legal department. SEC Enforcement experience is a strong plus. At least some current portable business is a plus.

This is a good fit for an attorney who would like to have a good balance between independence, flexibility, and autonomy and also enjoying the benefits of a larger platform (administrative and associate level support, opportunities for origination credit for referrals to other practice areas in the firm, the ability to take on larger matters, etc.).

The law firm offers a unique platform with strong incentives for generating and expanding a book of business. Attorney will be given substantial origination credit for any work they generate for themselves or other attorneys in the firm as well as support from the firm to assist the attorney's business development efforts.

Interested candidates should send a resume along with a cover letter describing relevant experience and include information on any book of business.
