Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q and 8-Ks in addition to XBRL requirements and press release.
  • Assist in the coordination of quarterly reviews and annual audits.
  • Review intercompany transactions and prepare consolidated financial statements.
  • Assist in assessment of revenue contracts and transactions.
  • Preparation of stock-based compensation calculations.
  • Research technical accounting issues and prepare accounting memos supporting the Company’s position, including implementation of new accounting standards.
  • Opportunities to assist in other areas of accounting and close including technical research and other ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance. CPA is desired.
  • 3 - 4years’ experience in financial accounting and reporting role (Big 4 and SEC reporting experience is a plus). 
  • Must have strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented, keen analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Workiva and Oracle, preferred.
