Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities, expanding search visibility among target audiences
Develop and optimize meta tags, titles, descriptions, URL, headings, images, and schema markup for both new and existing content pages
Provide research-backed recommendations and execute strategies for content development in alignment with SEO goals
Own the execution of on-site and off-site SEO tactics with the goal of improving SEO performance against KPIs: search visibility, visits, leads, engagement metrics, and conversions.
Assist with link building campaigns across internal and external partners
Monitor and evaluate search performance, including keyword rank and more
Periodically execute technical SEO audits, as directed, to ensure crawlability

Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
Train Individual Investor team members on the basics of search engine optimization and its impact on campaign performance website analytics
Maximize productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency by using tools of the trade, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Google Trends, Moz, Conductor Searchlight and more.
-Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
-8+ years of total relevant work experience
4-year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline OR appropriate combination of experience and education
Experience in SEO required
Specific knowledge about search engines and their ranking algorithms
A strong understanding of SEO practice and methodology, including architectural and design competencies, content and writing knowledge; as well as off-page link and promotion understanding.
Understanding of SEO KPIs and reporting/analytical tools like Google Search Console, Moz, SEMRush, AHREFs, AWR, Screaming Frog, Conductor Searchlight, etc.
Strong knowledge of Web Analytics applications such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Demonstrated proficiency with HTML & Content Management Systems
