6+ years of information technologyexperience; PM, TM or hands on experience as a developer of QA

2+ Scrum Master experience ,Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear sprint performance standards, resolves print performance issues, keep team engaged and on task

Experience and proven success in driving initiatives and being adaptable and flexible working with different types of people and personalities.

Experience in a Big Data/Data Warehouse ecosystems

Experience working in environments with different Agile approaches (i.e. Scrum, Kanban)

Previous technical experience working in Data driven projects using technologies such as, but notlimited to: Essbase, Microstrategy, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Analysis Services Cubes, Python, Cloud technologies

Ability to understand and communicate technical issues

Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines; candidate will be responsible for management of more than one scrum team

Data driven analysis skills for measuring and managing delivery

Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate

Experienceworking with an agile methodology on large scale, technically complex projects; thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures

Highly adaptable to changing environment

Excellent interpersonal skills while working with diverse teams and remaining calm under pressure and cognizant of how you are perceived

SM needs to have situational awareness with an understanding of when to listen and when to be assertive.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail

Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems

Must be effective and efficient in identifying and proposing creative, innovative solutions to complex, time-critical challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
