Our Project Solutions team is growing! We are currently seeking a Project Manager with extensive Scrum experience to lead projects from origination through alternatives analysis to implementation.

This role will interact with leaders across our Koch enterprise, and you will have the opportunity to lead project teams that support enterprise platforms, ensuring that project goals support the business case.

We are seeking a strong communicator who can adapt their communication style to the audience and be flexible in their project management approach, with a specific focus on Agile principles.

This position will be relied upon to utilize critical, strategic, and economic thinking skills to apply the right level of discipline and controls to project scope, risk, resources, schedule, and cost.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Contribute to the improvement of project management governance, methodologies, policies, procedures, and processes such as business case development, project development templates, project accounting, etc.

  • Gather and lead scrum or project teams of varying size and complexity

  • Develop and execute Project Plans

  • Provide regular reporting on the status of multiple projects in-flight

  • Participate in initial discussions to assess value of project and impact to broader business strategy

  • Coordinate with business and IT departments, Product Owners, and Product Managers to develop and maintain working relationships


What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a project management type role responsible for leading technology or process change projects

  • Expertise in a variety of Agile Project Management techniques (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)

  • Experience utilizing leadership and facilitation skills to drive project teams to meet commitments.

  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

  • Demonstrated leadership versatility and EQ with the ability to recognize and adapt leadership style to maximize results
  • Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management
  • Technology, accounting, and/or business background
  • Experience implementing large/enterprise scale application/platform projects
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed project teams
