Job Purpose: This position is responsible for guiding the team in developing the solution using Agile practices; being accountable for software build activities.

Required Job Qualifications:

*Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technologyexperience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 years Information Technologyexperience OR 8 years Information Technologyexperience.

*2 years of practitioner experience leading Agile / Scrum projects.

*Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodologies & tools (Jira / Jenkins).

*Experience in DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process & tools.

*Experience in test-driven development.

*Experience in test automation.

*Problem solving, analytical and creative thinking.

*Teamwork and collaboration; interpersonal skills.

*Ability to execute.

*Project and program management.

*Rapid prototyping.

*Code versioning and/or code merge.

*Business acumen.Preferred Job Qualifications:

*Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

*3 years of practitioner experience leading Agile / Scrum projects.

*Scrum Master Certification Level 1 or 2 (CSP, PSM I/II) and or PMP certification.

*Management experience.

*Experience in working with Community of Practice on process improvement and best practices for Agile.

*Proven ability to facilitate communication and information exchange between external
groups and the scrum team.

*Experience in leading and coaching scrum adoption.

*Experience in planning scrum implementation.

*Experience implementing changes and steps to increase a scrum team's productivity.
