We are looking for Scrum Master with following expertise:

Establish and lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
Should coach the team on scrum practices to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
Facilitate and drive various agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, backlog grooming/prioritization and sprint retrospective meetings.
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
Understand and ensure to properly plan the available capacity.
Well versed with Atlassian toolkits like JIRA and Confluence. Ability to build dashboards to support the scrum ceremonies and reporting.
Define, track and report metrics (burn down charts, sprint velocity, number of bugs in a sprint etc) on the health of scrum to client on weekly basis.
Great communication, ability to collaborate & Socialize, results oriented personality
