Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills         

• 10+ years of experience in the field of IT Projects and Project Management

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and should possess a Certified Scrum Master

• • Organize and facilitate planning and coordination ceremonies including release / PSI planning, iteration planning, daily stand-ups, iteration review/demos, and retrospectives. 

• Hold team accountable to tenants of the agile SDLC and their internal working agreements including use of appropriate tools, standards and best practices

• Promote and demonstrate core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility

• Assist the team in tracking and communicating team progress and metrics

• Facilitate and enable an environment of collaboration and creativity

• Support and empower the team to make appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition

• Empower the team to self-organize around achieving their commitments

• Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments

• Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)

• Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practices where appropriate

• Conducting meetings with client Business teams to understand Business requirements and translate them into system requirements

• Good technical knowledge to understand the various technical touchpoints to understand dependencies

• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Retail Domain related experience

• Stay current with emerging industry trends

• Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks

• Good written and oral communication

 

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills           

Work with different teams – Business, Solutions –Business and team of Architects to create overall Business and functional Requirements, user interface, with complete considerations on end user business results.
