Duties & Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to identify business drivers and value-creation opportunities within assigned categories.
- Partner with business unit teams across the organization to develop and execute category sourcing strategies, focused on minimizing total cost of ownership and maximizing service quality. Including Legal, EHS, Ops, Accounting, ESG, and Audit
- Manage the delivery of contracts through their full life cycle, which includes developing comprehensive post award contract management plans, ensuring compliance, performance measurement, and corrective actions.
- Solves complex problems without precedent and/or structure; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. Works independently, with guidance in complex situations.
- Implement tactics/strategy and contract documentation to secure services and materials in compliance with business needs, requirements and on best commercial terms that fully accounts for all market capacity/capability and risks/opportunities.
- Manage key suppliers and translate business requirements into fit-for-purpose solutions, driving total cost of ownership, efficiency, performance and EHS benefits.
- Lead market intelligence efforts within assigned categories to anticipate changes in supply market conditions and capitalize on value-creation opportunities.
- Understand the changes in the business, business drivers and external environment and trigger adjustment of supply chain end to end processes, category strategies and contracts.
- Perform technical and commercial analysis in a clear, granular, digestible format to assist in the decision-making process.
- Build and maintain strong network in the market, being fully aware of supplier developments and opportunities coming up in the market. Responsible for supplier relationship management, continuous improvement, enhancing competitive advantage and improving supplier safety and quality.

Required Qualifications6 years of Supply Chain related experience

6 years of experience in Production Operations in the upstream Oil & Gas industry

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management is highly preferred
