  •         Must have experience with Pharmaceutical Drug Development, Medical Device Platform Development or Clinical Diagnostic Development. Multiple sector experience preferred
  •         The PM is accountable to the Solution Development Team Leader (SDTL) or Research Team Leader for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, reporting, and terminating the integrated, end-to-end solution development plan as approved by the appropriate governing body.
  •         Establish the product strategy with concomitant goals objectives in alignment with the organizational objectives.
  •         Contribute to and coordinate strategy updates over time; provide context and history to new Team members/stakeholders.
  •         Drive the Team to meet or exceed those goals by providing superior global cross- functional operational leadership and management in a matrix organization, facilitating issue identification and resolution, problem-solving, risk management, contingency planning and decision-making the PM challenges the status quo and leads innovation.
  •         Manage the Team(s) in a manner that fosters and maintains a high performance team culture; at the direction of the SDTL, chair Team meetings and represent the Team to the Company at large, governance meetings, co-development partnerships, and external meetings such as Health Authority or Advisory Meetings.
  •         At the direction of the SDTL, lead sub teams for life cycle development, global partners, external partnerships, or other compound related teams.
  •         Assist with portfolio analyses on request.
  •         Lead and direct the integrated Team to plan, execute, control, report and close-out all program related work across all functions e.g., integrated program budget, risk, timeline, resource, and stakeholder management.
  •         Find opportunities for leveraging investments and creating value, including external innovation or partnerships.
  •         Challenge the team to be innovative, make it safe to try new approaches and take prudent risks.
  •         Coach the team to bounce back quickly from disappointments and learn from mistakes.
  •         Drive process improvements across the functions.
  •         Self-accountable for the Team's performance.
  •         Work with standard budgeting and forecasting models to specific compound needs in collaboration with Team and Extended Team; identify trade-off options and novel approaches to exploring technical risk and accelerating compound development.


$80K - $90K
$80K - $90K base, TBD bonus
