Seeking professional with knowledge of design control and development of in vitro diagnostic and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assays for a bench position focusing on reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay design and product development.
*** Design PCR primer and probes, optimize master mix, and select enzymes for optimal PCR reaction performance.
*** Develop PCR assays for the purpose of validating instruments.
*** Optimize real-time PCR and RT-PCR assays based on design input requirements.
*** Troubleshoot PCR performance related instrument issues.
*** Develop and write verification and validation standard operating procedures and technical reports.
