Seeking hands-on PCR assay tech-scientist to advise customers on appropriate assays for their specific transgenic model genotyping applications.
REQUIRES RELOCATION TO TENNESSEE
Extensive interface with external organizations.
*** Collaborate with primary investigators, post-docs, and research technologists to propose, develop, and implement genotyping strategies.
*** Coordinate, guide and coach techs and scientists running assays for genotyping transgenic rodent models, knock-out knock-in mice, and single nucleotide polymorphism mutations.
*** Analyze data to determine effectiveness of assays.
***Report genotyping results to external clients.
*** Help present technical information at seminars, conferences, and product launches at highly visible research institutions
Work along side our industry recognized, Ivy League personnel in this highly visible position. Starting base salary of $120,000 and added incentives including extensive perquisites and significant upside potential stock participation.
