Scientist - Antibody Drug Conjugate Purification Development
Support process development and production of Antibody Drug Conjugates as part of a d multi-disciplinary team advancing drug development, including on-floor GMP support for clinical manufacturing.
*** Develop purification processes for antibodies and antibody drug conjugates.
*** Develop High Throughput Screening methods for purification development.
*** Perform purification and analysis of critical reagents and antigens using centrifugation, chromatography, sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, high-performance liquid chromatography, normal-flow filtration, and tangential-flow filtration.
*** Provide On-floor support for production of GMP antibody and antibody drug conjugate batches for clinical trials.
*** Contribute to development, execution, and technology transfer of purification processes.
