This job manages and coordinates the daily operations of assigned departments in collaboration with the Director; creates and maintains the “Access Center” for our patients; manages Data Entry office; and helps lead the EMR development team tomake this process more efficient.

Required - High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred - Bachelor's Degree
Required - 7 years related call center or health care experience including two years of supervision or management experience
Preferred - Experience in an ambulatory care setting
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Ability to and experience in driving and maintaining significant service standards in a central department.
Working understanding of financial statements to manage within a budget, analyze trends and make recommendations.
Excellent judgment, decision-making, and delegating skills.
Ability to and experience in working independently, setting priorities and maintaining complete confidentiality.
• Creates and maintains excellent service culture through training, education and accountability.
• Manages the daily operations of the assigned appointment scheduling centers.
• Trains and works with staff throughout the system to ultimately transition appointment desk to true centralized appointment scheduling for patients.
• Manages daily operations of data entry department.
• Supports system wide projects that improve access for patients.
• Leads collaboration between Clinic Dept leadership and Data Entry to improve schedule access to meet system initiatives.
