Position Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Citrix Administrator to assist our client on a project in Allentown, PA. We anticipate approximately 6 months of work and the successful candidate will need to be willing to work onsite.

Must Have Skills:

  • 5 years of experience in Citrix infrastructure administration
  • Hands on expertise with Citrix Studio 7 and the ability to update the studio
  • Experience with SCCM current branch
  • Experienced with MSI application packaging technology
  • Windows 10 generalist experience
  • Managing large scale Citrix environments and troubleshooting with Microsoft Server 2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2012 or mix of any of the three
  • In depth knowledge of Active Directory, VMWare and VDI
  • Application Virtualization experience (App-V, or Citrix App Streaming)
  • Experience in troubleshooting application issues in virtualized environment
  • Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Request Management
  • Collaboration with the team in implementing new technology initiatives, standards major changes or upgrades to production environments
  • Should be able to manage escalations, should be able to escalate at required situations
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts in close co-ordination with onsite and offshore team, as well as with end users across the globe in a multi-vendor / service provider environment
  • Experience in performing large citrix desktop deployments which include baseline changes in EM/AM/PM
  • Ability to utilize AppSense AM rules analyzer to troubleshoot potential issue
  • Knowledge & Ability to implement AppSense best practices for a better user experience
