Job Description


Responsible for timely and accurate analyses, trending key metrics for the Supply Chain dashboard, outcomes and providing support to the Supply Chain teams to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the system. Maintains oversight responsibility for all product recalls and alerts affecting Inova Health System, and works with the responsible department(s) to ensure that the correct process is followed for resolution and risk mitigation Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within Inova and external stakeholders to facilitate and maintain clear communication channels to reach goals, targets, and objectives while building positive working partnerships.


Requirements


Must have Five years experience in healthcare, knowledge of healthcare supply chain management and project management.


Seven years health care experience strongly preferred, with at least five hears of direct healthcare supply chain experience.


Must have Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field or related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.


Masters in Healthcare, Business, or related healthcare field preferred.


Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, proficiency with analytics; Project management and analytical skills.


Formal Project Management training, Supply Chain ERP, Microsoft Access desired.


Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma license preferred.


Skilled in facilitating and leading others in group discussion and project work, with strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and set priorities.


Effective verbal and written communication skills.


Ability to travel between Inova facilities.
