Job Location : Jobs located in Iselin, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities : • Work with the programmers to provide definitions, specifications, documentations and review of derived datasets required to produce the planned statistical outputs including tables figures and listings. • Produce statistical for various and outputs analysis reporting purposes provide statistical review and program validation for each project to ensure the integrity, adequacy and accuracy of the outputs. • Liaise with statisticians, statistical analysts and other non-IT staff to understand current work activities and help ensure SCE solutions meet clinical statistician's needs. • Represent biostatistics Department on project teams, provide support and guidance on data and statistical-related issues to the teams • Provide statistical input and support related to trial design and in the development of protocol synopses, protocols and CRFs. • Advise Data Management with respect to database design, validation checks & key data, to ensure that all data required for analysis purposes are captured adequately • Develop statistical analysis plans (SAP) • Perform data review to ensure data are suitable for analysis • Create business use-case designed to enable in-depth system evaluations, including coding and creation of test data in SAS Grid environment. • Create and/or execute test scripts in PC SAS 9.2, Server based SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide 6.1. SAS Grid 9.4. • Establish optimal environment settings and configurations for working in grid environment via desktop instance and virtual networks such as Citrix instance of SAS Enterprise Guide. • Validate (from business users perspective) proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and system builds/releases for migrating SAS code developed in production environment 9.2 to production environment 9.4 • Document issues from end users (SAS programmers) in grid environment in SCE tracker in SCE collaboration site. • Offer viable technical solutions to meet critical business needs in the SCE space.
Qualification : Minimum requirement for this position is a comprehensive understanding of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering (any), or a related field.
