As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The SAP TPM Manager will be responsible for applying deep understanding of the Trade Promotion processes, SAP CRM and ECC solutions to implement Trade Promotion Management solutions for our Consumer Markets practice.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in delivering SAP CRM/TPM solutions within a consulting or professional services environment with at least two full lifecycle implementations using Accelerated Trade Promotion Management based on SAP BW-Integrated Planning / SAP HANA including;
-Have a minimum of 5 years TPM business process experience in the Consumer Products industry;
-Have integration experience with SAP TPM with SAP S/4 HANA ERP;
-Utilize SAP Customer Business Planning and SAP Advanced Trade Management Analytics (ATMA, formerly SAP Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO);
-Design and implement technology-enabled business solutions for clients; and,
-define systems strategy, develop systems requirements, design/prototype, test and implement SAP and TPM solutions.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the understanding of the composition and functions of Trade Promotion Management realized with SAP including;
-Organize and implement the TPM process;
-Understand of SAP system architecture, monitoring and settings;
-Understand SAP tables structure and BI cube design;
-Utilize CRM IMG, Solution Manager and ECC pricing procedures;
-Understand BPS planning layouts, BW-IP Planning Layouts, ECC claims processing/accounting and SAP transport management; and,
-Cnfigure data mapping between CRM and ECC for condition types; CRM and BI for promotional data.
Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs including:
- Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
- Communicating value propositions;
- Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection;
- Communicating a broad range of Firm services;
- Managing engagements including preparing concise and accurate documents; and,
- Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.
