SAP Test Program Manager

SAP Test Program Manager- Omaha, NE

The SAP Test Program Manager will be responsible for leading and creating the SAP testing strategy, working with various team members and stakeholders. The SAP Program Manager will lead the testing program across multiple functional areas including finance, billing, CRM, equipment, material management, human resources and payroll.

Work experience required and preferred:

• Test Lead experienced for sizable ERP program involving SAP ECC and CRM with non SAP systems.
• Create Test Strategy in first couple months, in conjunction with newly formed QA COE.
• Lead Test capability for the program across 7 functional areas.
• Help and select testing tools that best fits the organization. Test Management tool experience needed. Tosca tool experience would be nice to have.
• Ability to size up testing for duration/resources key ask
• Creation of RACI for large program key ask.
• On site and/or hybrid work required. Travel will be required if outside of Omaha, NE.
• Experience working with a variety of different vendors and key stakeholders required.

Minimum education qualification

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 12 + years of experience in the IT industry with strong technical skills
• 6+ years of experience designing and developing test strategy solutions on SAP
• Strong global delivery experience is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
