Job Description

Software as a Service professionals demonstrate skills and experience related to Software as a Service (SaaS) - software delivery model in which software and associated data are centrally hosted on the cloud.

SAP Success Factors professionals demonstrate skills in Success Factors to help organizations align Strategy with objectives and manage people performance to ensure execution and results.

A professional at this position level within Client has the following responsibilities:

  • Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
  • Interactswith senior management at a client and/or within Client on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
  • Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.

Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Client.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5years experience in SAP HCM SuccessFactors
  • 2+ Years specifically in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • 2+ years experience leading teams (teams of 5 plus preferred)
  • Ability to travel to clients on a weekly basis
  • 5+ years experience in consulting or client-facing roles
  • Bachelors degreePreferred
  • SuccessFactors certifications Preferred
