Position Description:

CGI has an immediate need for an SAP Integration Manager to optimize interface related activities which includes excellent service delivery and enabling people through efficient and effective knowledge transfer.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Participate in on-site support of SAP systems to end users.
• Provide ongoing support, monitoring and operation of the Solution including the identification of enhancements for SAP.
• Use of document tools such as SAP Solution Manager.
• Perform a variety of SAP-related problem analysis and monitoring tasks.
• Perform initial problem analysis including prioritization and triage.
• Respond appropriately to SAP user requests and problems.
• Maintain liaison with end users and technical staff to communicate the status of problem resolution to end users.
• Support, design and development financial and operational reports to support business processes and data integrity.
• Develop, implement, and/or participate in the preparation of procedure manuals and documentation for service desk use;
• Undertake knowledge transfer activities for the Solution team members and end users, including on-the-job training and one-on-one coaching.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Deliverables

• Documented resolution of Solution production incidents via service tickets using the SAP Solution Manager application and other tools.
• Knowledge transfer activities, with supporting documentation

Reporting Requirements

• Monthly Status Report.
• A Knowledge Transfer Plan.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 10+ years of experience performing a variety of SAP-related problem analysis and monitoring tasks, monitor SAP application management systems and respond appropriately to user requests and problems;
• Develop, implement, and/or participate in the preparation of procedure manuals and documentation for service desk use;
• Participate in on-site support of SAP systems to end users.
• Current and valid SAP certification
• Must have a Reliability clearance
