DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Global SAP Support Lead will play key role leading a team of consultants working on incident management and system enhancements to ensure a successful operation and maintenance of SAP system worldwide. He/she should have solid SAP functional and management experience, understanding of integrated business processes and is an effective leader and communicator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Lead SAP ERP (FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, PM, QM), HCM teams.
•Ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction are met on SAPincident management.
•Deliver SAP enhancements on time and quality.
•Lead project transition activities (Regression testing, Knowledge Transfer…) ensuring standards and seamless support of production system.
•Reporting to Global SAP Sr. Manager, being his back on request.
•Team work with Basis, APO, EDI, CRM and business engagement teams.
•Manage and report SLAs and key performance metrics.
•Implement service management and change management best practices.
•Good leadership skills with demonstrated background and proven SAP management experience.
•Excellent SAP functional knowledge with experience in SAP business process analysis and SAP system configuration. SAP certification will be a plus.
•Hands-on configuration experience in one of the following functional areas MM, SD, WM.
