Chronos Consulting’s client is a furniture manufacturer with plants, operations and distribution in Canada, USA and Mexico. We are seeking an SAP Functional Analyst for SalesDistribution and Customer Service to join the team. You will collaboratewith key corporate resources to provide functional support for the Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM) and Customer Service (CS) of SAP ECC 6.0 on HANA. This is a full time and permanent role in a fast growing, creative and dynamic company.

The Role:

Identify and communicate solutions to management, and coordinate their implementation in the production environment

Create and run test scenarios, and ensure the integrity of the solution before acceptance testing by functional units and users

Work closelywithdevelopers, and other functional analysts to detect problems and provide solutions and support, maintain and improve existing SAP solutions

Work with functional units, production support team members and appropriate developers to determine requirements, design solutions and establish the characteristics of support to production

Ensure responsibility for functional and technical solutions reviews with management, developers, architects and representatives of the (basic) IT infrastructure

Update the system documentation

The Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent experience coupled with3+ years of relevant experiencewithSAP SD / LE / WM / CS modules in a similar position, and knowledge of other modules such as FI-CO, COPA, EDI is a plus 

Extensive practical experience in various implementation projects or supporting environments, and experience in sales, delivery, shipping and shipping, shipping costs, and invoicing

Comprehensive understanding of configuration objects related to the process of the cash-in order (document types, item types, condition conditions, etc.) 

Objectively and efficiently explain a problem or solution for end-user, client, and internally

Ability to work independently and as a team by assuming multiple and competing priorities

Strong in problem analysis, and identify and solve integration problems

Well developed communication skills and ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts

10% travel to Mexico & Canada

Spanish is plus
