Primary Role

SAP Delivery Lead


This role will own and lead overall SAP technical governance in partnership with MTC functional and technical teams. The MTC Delivery Lead will understand industry trends and best practices especially with respect to the utility industry and demonstrate forward thinking to identify key trends, understand the business' strategies, develop/deliver solutions and content that meet business needs and latest trends. This role provides direction on business priorities and input for the creation and maintenance of the overall product strategy and portfolio, as well as value management. They will ensure the consistency and maintainability of new and existing applications by creating, maintaining, and implementing technical standards, guidance, and reference architectures. This role will also lead efforts to ensure the workplace environment supports a highly motivated and effective workforce focused on continuous improvement and best practices.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing company’s SAP strategy
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-application work teams toward task completion
  • Translate demand requirements from the project portfolio into supply requirements for both manpower and capacity
  • Facilitate customer focused interaction to ensure objectives are realized and expectations are properly managed
  • Develop and implement continuous process improvements for the resource management and estimation processes

Knowledge / Skills


  • Deep knowledge of one or more SAP solution component and its interoperability with other solution components
  • Experience in managing relationships with internal business customers
  • In depth knowledge of SAP and Agile delivery methods and tools
  • Good knowledge of Fiori Apps
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and performing OCM



  • Demonstrated leader with ability to influence strategy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge
  • Good Collaboration , prioritization and team working skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment with virtual teams
  • Ability to oversee and work with corporate training to manage training needs

Minimum 8 years of experience in one or more business process areas such as CRM, ISU and EAM



BS /MS in Computer Science , Computer Applications , Information Technology , relevant field of Engineering or MBA or with strong academic background

Certifications & Licenses

Relevant SAP Certification is required

Indoor office environment

Travel Requirements
