Role Description: Looking for Salesforce developers to support maintenance activities for VAMS project - must have hands on experience configuring Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Knowledge for a help desk use case. Strong knowledge of case queues, routing rules, responses, skills based routing, tiers, and auto close rules. Ability to work in fast paced environment and turn around the solutions in quick manner with the sprint agile methodology.
