Salesforce Marketing Technical Lead at PK Global in Remote

Overview

PK is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead to join our Implementation team.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily activities of the technical team

Assist with unblocking stories,

Resolving delivery and technical challenges

Works with the Project Manager to break down and assign work to the team members

Will serve as the platform Subject Matter Expert

Will help to mentor junior team members in order to consistently improve efficiency and expertise within the platform

Performs client platform and solution training.

Qualifications

Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

Must have the following Marketing Cloud Certifications: Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant, Developer.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Marketing Cloud platform.

Must have a solid understanding of Project Management concepts.

Must have prior experience with running a technical delivery team.

Experience in Agile delivery methodologies is a plus but not required.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.

100% remote with Post-Covidtravel of up to 25%
