Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the coordination, prioritization, and delivery of digital initiatives, as well as reporting and measurement of results
  • Collects inputs, measures outcomes, and reports Key Performance Indicators
  • Communicates and partners with business owners necessary for digital operations and business performance
  • Sets goals, provides estimates and tracks performance to goals
  • Supports Product managers, Project Managers and Initiative Owners in execution of duties by providing insights and developing recommendations through data
  • Utilizes analytical and quantitative skills by using data and metrics to test theories confirm assumptions, generate insights/recommendations, and measure success
  • Drives and influences business decisions based on metrics and data
  • Creates reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools
  • Identifies and captures data for tracking with Systems partners
  • Utilizes testing experience A/B testing, configuring testing tools (with Systems), reading/interpreting statistical results, and conducting pre- and post-analysis
  • Understands, supports, and helps define the direction in area of expertise
  • Develops specialized knowledge of application development tools to develop complex decision support applications
  • Applies data analysis concepts and techniques to a broad range of disciplines within research
  • Communicates messages/results to all levels of management and peers
  • Participates on internal projects or working group committees as assigned by management
  • Provides technical guidance, training, and may delegate work to others
  • Aware of and appropriately uses available internal/external resources to assist with various phases of research

Additional Details:

This Salesforce & Digital Analytics Analyst position entails working with product teams to establish business outcomes, set targets, track results, and make recommendations based on data. The Analyst will work closely with the product teams building the customer relationship manager solution and system of engagement to determine what measurements are needed to dig into business insights with a direct impact on results. This is a highly specialized and skilled position.

Required Technical Skills : 3+ years of Industry exp in the following:

  • Salesforce
  • Excel (VBA)
  • SQL
  • SAS

Preferred Skills:

  • Tableau
  • Hadoop (Dealing with Large Data Sets)
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Tealeaf

Experiences include:

  • Ability to define business outcomes, define goals, measure and report progress for a product area
  • Leads decision making by developing recommendations through data
  • Establishes input metrics to obtain line of sight to achieve goals
  • Helps build backlog by generating actionable business insights through data
