Job Title-Salesforce Developers(Junior & Senior Level)
Ø Provide support for business process and objectives using Enterprise Applications and Salesforce Platform including Professional Services Automation (PSA) Software.
Ø Perform functional administration of the Enterprise Application systems as required.
Ø Perform development and maintenance of application programs and interfaces.
Ø Provide troubleshooting, support, and problem resolution for Enterprise Applications (Salesforce, PSA, and others) as required.
Ø Report, track, and resolve application related issues with the business group customers and consulting services and support organization.
Ø Responsible for designing, developing, programming, configuring, testing, analyzing, and supporting Enterprise Applications.
Ø Prepare application related documentation as required.
Ø Perform technical support and specifications pertaining to associated Enterprise Applications including Professional Services Automation software, Financial applications, and Salesforce platform as required.
Ø Perform query, report, and Business Intelligence requirements development as required.
Ø Provide applications training as required.
Ø Evaluate and propose how best to leverage Salesforce.comtechnology to meet evolving business requirements and information needs both within and across functions.
Ø Lead with user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs. Work effectively with key business stakeholders to identify and prioritize specific requirements.
Ø Design and implement solutions (using industry standard best practices) with functions in the organization that utilize and access Salesforce.com
Ø Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts in accordance with sales territories.
Ø Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
Ø Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards within Salesforce.
Ø Research changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce.comand other integrated enterprise applications including PSA software.
Ø Provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ø Develop and maintain report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve system usability.
Ø Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting.
Ø Develop and maintain Visual Force, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions.
Ø Ability to design, code, test, debug, package and deploy quality, scalable and well documented solutions on the Salesforce platform
Ø Expert-level understanding of Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer Portal, Communities, Data.com, etc.), PSA, Financial Force, etc.
Ø Salesforce.com Administrator and/or Developer Certification
Ø 3-5 years professional business experience in staff or analytical environment required
Ø 4-5+ years of experience as a SalesforceDeveloper / Administrator
Ø Requires strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
Ø Ability to work independently and engage manager as needed
Ø Use of Salesforce APIs (via Java, etc.) to integrate Salesforce with other tools
Ø Experience with Force.com migration tool desired
Ø Hands on experience with REST, APEX and Visual Force development
Ø Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to clearly and simply articulate concepts, messages and strategies both cross functionally and vertically within the organization
Ø Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Business Administration or other related fields. MS or MBA preferred.
