Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage the internal Invoca Salesforce.com (SFDC) Org. This position provides a standout opportunity for a passionate professional to come work for a dynamic, fast-growing, enterprise SaaS company.

What you will do:

  • Design, configure, develop and administer SFDC including, but not limited to:

? Custom Objects and Custom Fields

? Workflow Rules

? Validation Rules

? VisualForce Pages

? Apex code and supporting test classes

  • Maintain a holistic view to anticipate upstream, downstream and cross-platform impacts with regard to requirements, integration, configuration, process, workflow and reporting.
  • Assist and sometimes lead implementation and integration of third-party applications to SFDC.
  • Know the latest on SFDC roadmap and capabilities that can improve business processes and solve pain points.
  • Complete regular SFDC internal system audits, prepare upgrades and install/configure SFDC packages.
  • Contribute knowledge and expertise to SFDC security models and org governance.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • A methodical problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills, and a sense of ownership that is driven by customer empathy.
  • Applied advanced knowledge of SFDC technical implementation, day-to-day operation, long-term projects and org maintenance.
  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce software development practices and methodologies.
  • A strong desire to create and maintain elegant, scalable, and maintainable tools and solutions.
  • A passion for business software design and customer relationship management.
