Our client, a banking/financial services corporation, has an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce.com (SFDC) professional looking to advance their career in the FinTech industry. We are looking for a Business/Technical Systems Analyst with Salesforce.com Admin experience. This role will be a lead resource on the Salesforce product team. He/She will interface with multiple lines of business and technical IT resources including sponsors, functional managers, field roles, and Salesforce onshore and offshore teams. This role will help drive Salesforce innovation by rigorously clarifying expectations and assessing scenarios and vigorously collaborating to qualify and right size deliverables and timelines.
? Documents current state baselines, collects new requirements, and writes user stories, storyboards, and future state.
? Provides thought leadership to influence business logic to improve user experience/interfaces, navigation, and design.
? Identifies and discusses tradeoffs on requirements as mandatory, nice to have or backlog
? Collaborates with team members to identify processes and raises concerns about dependencies or impacts.
? Works with Quality Assurance Testing Team to verify test cases and assist business with UAT and responds to clarifications or issues.
? Acts as a technical analyst to evaluate, assess, coordinate and verify development work between onshore and offshore admins and developers.
? Identifies new opportunities for improvement, defines solution capabilities, and contributes to building prototypes, PoCs and user demos.
? Provides inputs into roadmap planning, system investments and operations performance.
? Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions
? Ability to persuade business to consider alternatives, as needed, when business direction poses technical risks or limitations
? Interviewing, investigating and probing thru multiple layers to better understand business drivers and business conditions
? Assists in the business process redesign and documentation
? Creates and analyzes Salesforce Reporting needs by business area.
Certification, Experience and Education Requirements:
? Salesforce Admin Certification
? Other Salesforce certifications highly desired
? Bachelor's Degree any field
? MBA or Graduate Degree desired
? 7+ years' total professional experience
? 3+ years' working in IT roles
? 3+ years' Salesforce experience
? 2+ years' experience in regulated industries such as banking, insurance other FinTech
? 2+ years' working as a Business/Technical Analyst
? 2+ years' Project Managementexperience
