Come join our FPL Energy Services team in expansion! We are seeking a salesforce analyst and administrator to drive innovative strategic business improvements with Salesforce solutions. In this role you will be working directly with all levels of our organization offering maximum visibility. To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Five (5) or more years experience with Salesforce CRM as a business analyst or system admin
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce model data, configuration, and functionality
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Communities (highly preferred)

Job Overview

This job is responsible for analyzing business processes and practices, in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborates, on an on-going basis, with the Programmer/Analysts

• Applies advanced analytical skills within functional area

• Devises or modifies procedures to solve straight-forward problems

• May act as project leader for smaller projects

• Builds strong working understanding of the solution being delivered

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
